Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: 25 SAR
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above SAR299
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 1 – 3 business days.
• Other Regions: 3 – 6 business days.
• Orders are processed and dispatched Sunday through Thursday (excluding public holidays in KSA).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Process

• Our shipping partners provide "Door-to-Door" delivery.
• If the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the courier will attempt redelivery or request collection from the nearest branch.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide Short Address e.g. (RUMB7674), full address and a valid contact number.

6. Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to receive the order after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs.
