Refund policy

In case you wish to exchange or return, please follow the following terms and conditions

  • Products that have not been worn or washed can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products from online orders can’t be returned or exchanged in stores.
  • For your health and safety, exchanges or returns of accessories and underwear are not accepted.
  • Price tags must be attached to the items and in their original condition.
  • The return period is calculated from the date of product delivery.
  • In case of special offers on multiple items, all items must be brought for any return process.
  • Some areas require the return shipment to be delivered to the nearest Aramex office. To know the areas, click here.

            Once the return request is approved, A representative of the shipping company will receive it directly from your address. You can also contact us via WhatsApp on +966580213906.

            Once the return request is approved, you will receive the return policy within 1 business day via email. Please print the document and contact Aramex shipping company via the unified number 920027447 to coordinate the date of receiving the shipment from your location or you can deliver it to the nearest Aramex branch.

            After receiving the products from you, they are checked to ensure they are accepted for return, after which the money is returned to your account.

            The refund process takes 14 business days through a bank transfer to your account used in order payment, except for Tabby, Tamara and gift card customers.

            The validity period of the return policy is 14 business days only, in case of failure to deliver the items during this period to the courier. Return will not be accepted.

            In the event of a second return, an additional shipping fee of 19 Saudi riyals will be applied for returns in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

            In the event that the order is returned after it has been received by the customer, the shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.

            The amount of cash on delivery orders is refunded only by a gift card shared via email.

 

Return Policy for Installment Services Customers (Tamara and Tabby):

            Returns are made if the payment method is via Tamara and Tabby service by shipping the items to our warehouses only according to the details above, and after the shipment arrives, it is inspected by the specialized team, then we contact Tamara or Tabby to cancel the order and refund the amount which can usually take up to 5 working days
